a place we like to go but may not revisit …. but it is good to be there once 😀
*** Semporna just mainland but we need to get boat to outside Islands to capture the beautiful … every trip could range from 30min – 2hr ++ e.g. near Island Maiga, Sibuan .. etc

a famous tourist place ~1.5 hours drive from Kuala Lumpur which locate at Negeri Sembilan.
few spots that can be reference for Nature Landscape
1. Tanjung Tuan light house (need ~30min walk up)
2. near Tg Tuan, Blue Lagoon , good for sunset while low tide
3. near Tg Tuan, Pantai Cermin, a place good for sunrise … but nothing more for foreground
4. Pantai Pasir Panjang

Muar, Johor | liewwk
Muar, also known as Bandar Maharani is a town geopolitically situated in Muar District in the region or area of Muar in northwestern Johor, Malaysia. It is the main and biggest town of the bigger entity region or area of the same name, Muar which is sub-divided into the Muar district and the new Ledang district, which was upgraded into a full fledge district from the Tangkak sub-district earlier.[1] Muar district as the only district covering the whole area formerly borders Malacca in the northern part. Upon the upgrading of Ledang district, the Muar district now covers only the area south of Sungai Muar, whilst the northern area beyond the river is in within Ledang district. However, both divided administrative districts are still collectively and fondly called and referred to as the region or area of Muar as a whole by their residents and outsiders.

The Barred Eagle-Owl (Bubo sumatranus), also called the Malay Eagle Owl, is a species of owl in the Strigidae family. It is found in Brunei, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, and Thailand. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.

same shooting date previous picture , due to the lightning keep happen at the other site of our target direction … make use of on Body multiple exposure to create this .. no other Post Processing done .. just contrast, saturation and resize

another 2 years been missing this beautiful Island for Landscape …. finally make a crazy decision .. for stay overnight on Penang Hill (outdoor, ~700m from sea level) …
and I miss what I plan to get .. but the lightning night give us good opportunity to get good shot …
had been missed out this place ~2 years…. we spents 4-6 trips on 2010 … but then stop for ~2 years till now …
recently, I have this picture print real big .. A0-A1 … and have one A3 hang at Canon Service center …. make me feel I should revisit Penang ….

Pantai Kelanang, Banting | liewwk
a beautiful mangrove beach locate not too far from Kuala Lumpur (~1.5 hours drive) and 40minutes from KLIA airport. this beach also close famous Morib beach. a mangrove beach with mangrove plant, sand beach (long ~5-8km) ..
