another “green pitta” almost can heard any where of “east Sumba” almost like other Pitta, so difficult to spot one even can heard many places

– 另一只绿色八色鸫，在东部几乎那都听到。可是与其他八色鸫一样都是听多过看。

– one of the main target, but know it is “feeding spot” it make we not worry of this bird to be photograph. after first night failed of owling, everyone seem tired next day and choose to go the “station”. When we arrive just after <30minute drive from ours hotel and walk less than 5 minutes, the local who manage the “hide” say bird already seen so immediate everyone getting ready the “big lens and camera”. without long wait we have very good view and picture but very quick one than stay near bush for quite some time before 2nd appearance and after 2nd round it stay nearby and I got this picture which I think I prefer this instead perfect view 😀

– 我们这一摄影团主要目标之一，可是我们知道有喂食。所以没太大担心。第一晚的没鸮晚上，我们第二天就选了容易+高兴的“檀”

当我们到达时，很快檀主说鸟在了。我们很快准备好，没很久。站在客人最喜欢的，绿青苔石头+背景。可是就那一刻，等了蛮久第2轮出来就在地上跳来跳去。吃完后就到后面站了一会让我拍下这一刻（我本身较喜欢的）

– 斑胸草雀(学名:Taeniopygia guttata)，又名金山珍珠，是雀形目梅花雀科的小型鸟类。该鸟全长10厘米左右，胸和尾羽有黑白斑纹，雄鸟胁部棕红色有白色点斑，除原色种外羽色全白的亦较常见;主要以禾本科植物的种子为食，鸣声低，原产于印度尼西亚和澳大利亚，是世界上许多国家普遍饲养的观赏鸟

– a very beautiful appear at a very weird place where just near beach, dry area and strong wind. A small little pond attract so many of this bird keep coming.

– 非常漂亮的鸟，可是出现在这种地方就有点怪。（大风，干，路旁，就一个小水潭）风非常大，鸟一直来。公鸟的颊带橙。

– we actually stop for other bird, and heard this bird calling and very soon Esli found one super high up but still make me shoot >10 frames for such a lovely bird. But after 30minutes waiting and checking. Actually Denny found one just so close and eye level … wow wow wow amazing beautiful spot and bird

– 我们其实在这拍翠鸟，突然这鸟叫的很近。我们从20-30米高追到同角度。漂亮！

 

 

 

5. Black-naped Fruit-Dove, 黑项果鸠, 黑頸果鳩, Ptilinopus melanospilus, カルカヤバト, PUNAI-BUAH HIJAU BARAT

– a common lowland beautiful small colorful dove at Sulawesi

– male with obvious white head, yellow, purple vented. Female overall green

– 苏拉威西蛮普通的果鸠

– 公鸟，头部白，颈黄。臀部黄紫。母鸟全身绿

– another bird keep calling us while we looking for ours target, but I still really to see and photograph the fruit-dove which is so beautiful .. and share this because some one lazy move got the white background instead .. move move move .. choose choose choose

– 这鸟一直叫不停，我们在等我们目标鸟。*（当然有拍到啦）可是，我还是很喜欢果鸠。轻轻松松拿下啦。这照片还主要，做出来让朋友知道。要选背景就要动。不要站在同一地方。

– small and noisy Kingfisher pretty common at East Sumba Island almost heard any where .. and saw few locations . region endemic here

– ours 2nd target of the day after the beautiful Pitta. very soon we stop we heard and spot the bird and the bird around for almost whole day while we looking for other bird. It still around calling and appeal

– 我们第二目标，当我们到第一个点时没很久就看到拍到。可是每个人就只有前面。就追了一会都拍不到背部。午饭后我们还是到这找其他鸟没很久。。。老刘竟然看到拍到一对➕这个背部。

– as other Boobook, the bird small and making a lot of noise

– looking for owl always my birding trip target, we spent first night with see it flying and calling non stop at casual spot. But 2nd night managed to have it just road side.want to revisit … hope can plan .. anyone ?

– 与其他鹰鸮一样，小+很会叫。

– 我的鸟团，通常都会很在意夜鸟。这一只是我们的主要鸟之一。第一晚在很常见的点，我见到他飞。一直叫，可是就不出来。第二晚就在路边拍到。很想再去，谁要。
