This tiny, adorable bird gave us one of the most memorable moments of the tour. After a long and patient chase, it finally came close and low just for a brief moment — offering us the best view of the entire trip!
这是一只非常小巧可爱的鸟，还记得在长时间追寻后，它终于靠近并飞得很低，就那短短的一瞬间，给了我们这次行程中最精彩的一次观鸟体验！

This is one of those birds that often gets overlooked, as it closely resembles the White-breasted Woodswallow. But this time, we were lucky to get a clear, eye-level view. A great Sulawesi endemic!

It’s not a new mammal family, but definitely a new addition to our collection! Spotted this stunning-looking mammal on Waigeo Island. While everyone was enjoying coffee and waiting for fruit-doves, some local kids called us into the forest. We couldn’t really understand what they were saying—but soon enough, this beautiful creature appeared, low and close. What a surprise and such a beautiful moment!
虽然不是新的哺乳动物科，但确实是我们新发现的精彩成员！在Waigeo岛上拍到这只漂亮的哺乳动物。当时大家正一边喝咖啡一边等着果鸠出现，突然有几个当地小孩拉我们进森林，虽然一开始听不太懂他们说什么，但很快这只美丽的动物就低低地靠近了我们。哇，太惊喜了，真是太漂亮的生物！

It’s not a new family or species — I’ve definitely photographed this bird before during a previous visit to the Arfak area. But this time, I got to witness it fighting with a Lophorina superba while trying to attract a female at the “stage.”
这不是新的科或鸟种——之前在阿尔法克地区已经拍过它了。
不过这次亲眼看到它在“舞台”上，为了吸引雌鸟而和华美极乐鸟（Lophorina superba）激烈争斗。

It’s a huge bird with a brightly colored head. I missed it during my last trip, but this time I finally got to see two—moving around almost like pets, even with names! Really happy to finally see this massive and beautiful bird.
这是一只体型很大的鸟，头部颜色非常鲜艳。上次旅行错过了，这次终于看到两只，它们像宠物一样四处走动，还有名字！很高兴终于见到这只又大又漂亮的鸟。

another photohunters trip to our favor location Bali, Indonesia. as usual we had chasing non stop SUnset, Sunrise and Milky Way … glad we had very good weather , colorful sunrise, sunset, rays , clear sky for milky way ..
due to peak season and room availability for the first day , immediate after wet and lovely sunset at Tanah Lot. We move forward to Jatiluwih follow by Milkyway chasing , the sky cover by clouds when we arrived and very soon it open up for us capture the beautiful of Milky Way with lovely paddy terrace.
With less than 3 hours sleep, everyone wake up for sunrise. Glad that we have lovely sunrise .. after the sunrise, everyone grab a quick rest before travel to another beach for sunset ..
After a “egg yolk” sunset , going for dinner than continue our Milky Way chase . today the sky is obviously clearer so everyone should have good Milky Way.. one of the participant say : it is my first time capture Milky Way and it is so easy and clear ! 😀
Next Morning , we decide walk ~1km for sunrise with our favor spot . “Yes” it is fill with water in the paddy field , what we need just beautiful light to have WOW reflection + sunrise + terrace paddy
instead any beautiful color, we given long shining Rays and allow everyone changing their angle for the beautiful all direction rays
After beautiful sunrise and breakfast, we travel 3 hours to another favor spot Mount Batur . We do not have very good angle for sunset, so we decide to make a sunrise spot for sunset (reverse sunset) . When we arrive at the place , the sky show another hour of lovely RAYS ! not much foreground but we still trying best to squeeze in the plantation and small hut for the lovely RAYS … follow by chasing Milky way for varies locations … sky is clear too . Some start say ohhh we shoot Milky way too much now :p
With another less than 3 hours sleep, we move to Lake Batur for sunrise. Here, change a lot since my years first visits. Rubbish any where, wooden boat changed to fibre etc but it still a beautiful sunrise spot and YES again we have lovely colors sunrise .
for the next few days, we spend our day at Amed for Mount Agung .
while we were here .. weather again is very good and we spend quality time here with Milky way, Mr sun .. etc

again 2017 Oct we revisit the beautiful Sichuan for Golden Sichuan , for overall we were lucky to have various different weather, view etc …
Day 1 Chengdu –> Kanding
we arrive Chengdu immediate we travel to Kanding for nearer to next destination and also ease ourself with high altitude . (~3000 masl )
whole day raining, and we do believe at higher altitude locations should be snow and we expected to see snow view tomorrow .
Day 2 Kanding – ShanMuJu
along the road we had very good view as usual, but it is just a start . the snow almost 6-10 inch thick, the roadside view still look amazing
….
Day 3 ShanMuju
Our tour main target , Mount Mount Gongga (Minya Konka) Sichuan highest mountain ~7556masl … at here we got few viewpoint see it really close

before anyone can response the beautiful view, think everyone stand still for this view for ~5-10 minutes … it is good though as we shouldn’t move much at this altitude (~4500masl).

we walk ~1.8km for the beautiful lake .

after the lovely sunrise with snow view, very soon we go to view point 2 for sunset … here have more tourist due to much easier access
Day 4 TaGong
we continue our next destination but passing by this amazing view and spend sometime here as someone wish to challenge to hike up to highest point of view which look 70-80 degree for 500 meter up 😀
the beautiful Gongga Mountain range .. we were at ~4500m asl
after the beautiful view, we heading Tagong , the cloudy day do not stop us to go wait for sunset.

than we hit into 2 days snow
after 2 days struggle with snow . beside the Mount Yala, there is a beautiful lovely river with mani stones

my favor spot for Sichuan .. very lovely and we are really close to the Mount Yala

– we spend quite bad weather here only one amazing sunset at a very old spot we went few years ago by horse and now we found actually we can drive up … !!!!! and the dusk full with colors

a lovely day, we welcome with beautiful open Mount Gongga which same as other high peak.. it is seldom open for us to see ..
make use of Lee Filter GND .45h to balance to sky part and CPL to enhance the reflection on lake

Day 1 – KanDing
we try to make everyone get use to the high altitude so we stop at Kanding … we had our great pizza, beer, steak etc here 😀
Day 2 – 上木居
While our way to the destination, many beautiful stops but raining non stop so we can;t make any stop.
Here is our main destination, for Mount Gongga .
OHHHH . bad new hit … whole village no electricity supply !!! and it is still raining and cold
Day 3 – 子梅垭口
what a surprise , snow near our shooting ground . and the Mount Gongga is cover by snow and mist.
