When : 28-29 April 2012

28 April – Theory (PJ) and Practical (Klang-Banting area and we will travel  together) (full day)

29 April – Post Processing Workflow sharing (1/2 day)

Location : Kuala Lumpur

 

what’s in this basic Landscape – Correct Exposure workshop

1. basic of exposures

2. Landscape Photography Theory (e.g lower/higher angle, why ? composition rule discuss)

3. how/what do we use to capture exposure we want (How we use filter, exposure blending)

4. practical of how we shoot

5. Post Processing workflow (Photoshop)

– need know basic Photoshop

– prefer to bring own notebook for some basic practical

… Papa Love …

as a father, I love my daughter and my family … and I found bird do the samething too .. they love and trying to protect their chick .. stay near by from day to night for weeks, get extra attention while some animal get close (e.g. monkey, crows) …. they look for foods … etc

is gear important or the picture ?

after years use my Canon 5d … follow me to countries, beaches, volcanoes , mountains, forest … etc … and finally it giving problem  … and need to go for full check up … I would say I have make full use of it by full test on salt water, poor environment (dirt, sands, cold, hot) … etc

I still ask myself a question .. “gear important or picture ?” and do you ask yourself too ? and my answer always the output so i have always put my 5d on risk .. 🙁
picture above was capture while we really close to the wave …. sometime I just go as close as 3-5 feet and as low as 5-10cm from the beach ground …..

you just have to trust your tripod ….

… I trust my friend – tripod …

to capture a beautiful photo, it is not just skill, luck … but we need to have right tool … e.g. of condition below .. we really need to trust out friend – tripod … [my gear – Tripod – fotopro]

due to the CNY and some schedule job, sorry for postpone this

What : MACRO basic with Post Processing workshop

– understand basic light, DOF, and how to design own Diffuser

– setting for MACRO .. why , what to change

– Post Processing workflow , how I stack pictures

Where : Kuala Lumpur – PJ area

Who :  those love nature, small tinny creatures … but prefer to own macro len, raynox, Extension tube… (but I have 1 Raynox, 1 set of Canon ET to borrow)

How Much : RM350 per person (MAX 8 ppl)
